Our business is 50% cruises originating from all over the world. We also market and sell fully escorted tours to any destination you can dream of. All inclusive resorts are also a significant part of our business with four and five star properties scattered throughout the Caribbean and Mexico making us the perfect choice for Honeymoons.
Popular resort chains such as Sandals, Secrets, Couples, and the Palace Resorts are just a few of our offerings.
We market and sell the most popular US destinations such as New York, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Alaska, and Orlando. We sell all of Disney's products including their cruises and tours. Crossroads Travel is in the top 10% volume producers of the some 800 agencies in our travel consortium.
At any given time we are working with clients in 12 to 20 states and international clients as well.
Group business such as churches, schools, military reunions, and family reunions, make up approximately 15% of our valued clients. One of our main goals is educating the public that buying travel using a qualified travel agent is the best and lowest cost way to purchase a vacation.
Our service style is highly personalized and few limits are placed on the quality of work we can bring to a customer. A majority of our customers are repeat customers and most of our new business comes from referrals.
